God moved in big ways this week and it was in a way that ONLY He could do. We have been praying that is how this journey would be, so that He gets the glory. At the beginning of the week, we were praying a specific prayer request that we knew was a BIG ask. We knew that God could do it and only He could do it but we also knew it might not be in His plans or will for it to happen by the end of this week, but we asked anyway and trusted He knew best.
We were asking to be at 50% raised in monthly support by the end of this week! We were at 44% and knew that to get that 6% to get us to 50%, it would take many families as new monthly supporters. Well, God was like “I got this, and not only do I got this but I am going to do this with just 2 people instead of the several you think you need to get there.”
FRIENDS….we are officially 50% raised in monthly support! Will you just take a second with us and stop and praise God over this! This is HUGE! This journey has been more than we could ever have imagined. God has shown us time and again how He is providing and that He’s got this. It’s been a long journey, a hard one at times but so worth it. We are so thankful to be at the halfway mark! We are going full steam now as we need to try and get the rest raised in the next month or so as we are really needed down there but right now, we are pausing for a moment just to say THANK YOU GOD!
The story behind this is such a God thing. It happened in such a way that ONLY He could do. Oh friends, God is so good, He is so faithful, He is working in the details of our lives.

We are so thankful for each of the 59 families/churches/individuals who are on our monthly support team and we are thankful for each of you who have been praying for us! Please pray with us that God would continue to work in a way only He can and that we would be able to get the rest raised up that we need to, so we can move to Haiti in the next 3-6 months.
